Open Settings
Tap Personal Hotspot
Turn on Allow Others to Join
If Personal Hotspot is not visible, tap Cellular
Turn on Cellular Data
Tap Set Up Personal Hotspot if prompted
Set or note the Wi-Fi password
Connect your other device to the iPhone hotspot using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB
