Pat chicken wings dry
Season wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Preheat oven to 425°F
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top
Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through
Melt butter in a saucepan
Stir in hot sauce and a little vinegar if desired
Toss baked wings in the buffalo sauce
Serve immediately with celery, carrots, and blue cheese or ranch dressing
