Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs or flour
Dredge each breast in flour
Dip in beaten eggs
Coat again in seasoned flour or breadcrumbs
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add chicken breasts carefully to the hot oil
Fry until golden brown on both sides
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Drain on paper towels or a wire rack
Serve hot
