Cut chicken breasts into even strips
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs
Dredge each strip in flour
Dip each strip in beaten eggs
Coat each strip in breadcrumbs
Press coating onto the chicken to help it stick
Heat oil in a skillet or preheat the oven to 425°F
Fry strips until golden brown and cooked through, or bake on a greased sheet pan
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Drain on paper towels if fried
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce
