1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
Mix the spices with the oil and lime juice
Coat the chicken evenly
Let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes before cooking
