How to Saute Chicken Breast?

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels

Pound to even thickness if needed

Season both sides with salt and pepper

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat

Add a small amount of oil or butter

Place chicken breasts in the hot skillet

Cook without moving until browned on the first side

Flip and cook the other side until browned

Reduce heat if needed to prevent burning

Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F

Remove from the skillet

Rest for a few minutes before slicing
