Sweep or vacuum the floor first to remove loose dirt and debris
Use a microfiber mop or a well-wrung damp mop
Mix a small amount of laminate-safe cleaner with water if needed
Wring the mop until it is only slightly damp
Mop in small sections
Avoid soaking the floor
Wipe up spills immediately
Dry the floor with a clean microfiber cloth if any moisture remains
Do not use steam mops
Do not use abrasive cleaners, wax, or polish
Rinse and wring the mop frequently
Let the floor air-dry completely before walking on it
