Use a scratch remover or rubbing compound for light surface scratches
Apply the product with a microfiber applicator using small circular motions
Buff the area with a clean microfiber cloth
Repeat if needed until the scratch fades
Use a polishing compound for slightly deeper scratches
Apply touch-up paint for scratches that go through the paint layer
Let touch-up paint dry fully before leveling it
Wet sand very lightly with fine-grit sandpaper if needed and if safe to do so
Polish the area after sanding to restore shine
Apply wax or paint sealant to protect the repaired area
