Back up your important files
Plug in your charger
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to complete
If Windows will not start, turn off the laptop
Turn it on and press the Novo button or the recovery key
Select System Recovery or Recovery
Choose Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose your reset option
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the factory reset to finish
