Press Windows + PrtSc to capture the entire screen and save it automatically
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool for a selected area

On some Lenovo laptops, use Fn + PrtSc if the PrtSc key requires the Fn key
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V if it was copied to the clipboard
