Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Your activity
Tap Recent searches
Clear your search history
Open posts you do not want to see
Tap the three-dot menu on the post
Select Not interested
Repeat for similar posts
Like, save, and follow content you want to see more of
Wait for Instagram to update your Explore recommendations
Log out and log back in if needed
Uninstall and reinstall the app if the Explore page still does not change
