Sync iPhone contacts to iCloud
On a computer, sign in to iCloud.com
Open Contacts
Select all contacts
Export contacts as a vCard file
Sign in to your Google account
Open Google Contacts
Import the vCard file
On your Android phone, sign in with the same Google account
Turn on Contacts sync in Android settings
Wait for contacts to appear on the Android device
