Open the Venmo app and sign in
Tap the menu or your profile icon
Select Add money or Transfer money
Choose your linked bank account or debit card
Enter the amount you want to transfer
Review the transfer details
Confirm the transfer
Wait for the money to appear in your Venmo balance
If needed, add a bank account or debit card first in Settings or Payment Methods
