Use your PIN, password, pattern, or biometric unlock
If you forgot it, use Samsung Find My Mobile to remotely unlock the tablet
Sign in to your Samsung account at findmymobile.samsung.com
Select your tablet
Choose Unlock
Follow the on-screen instructions
If Find My Mobile is unavailable, use Google Find My Device to erase the tablet
Sign in to your Google account at google.com/android/find
Select your tablet
Choose Erase device
Set up the tablet again after the reset
If you cannot access either account, contact Samsung Support
If the tablet is managed by a school or company, contact the administrator
