Unplug the Shark hair dryer and let it cool completely
Locate the filter cover at the bottom of the handle
Twist or remove the filter cover as directed by the model
Take out the filter from the dryer
Gently remove loose hair, dust, and lint by hand
Use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean the filter screen
If needed, rinse the filter only if your model instructions allow it
Let the filter dry completely before reinstalling
Reinsert the filter into the dryer
Replace and secure the filter cover
Clean the filter regularly to maintain airflow
