Use chopsticks or your hands

Dip the fish side lightly into soy sauce
Eat the sushi in one bite if possible
Eat pickled ginger between pieces if desired
Use wasabi sparingly
Do not mix wasabi into the soy sauce unless preferred
Eat nigiri with the fish side down when dipping
Eat rolls and sashimi neatly
Drink tea or water as desired
