Press `Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B` to refresh the display driver
Press `Ctrl + Alt + Delete` and choose `Task Manager`
Select the unresponsive app and click `End task`
Press `Alt + F4` to close the active window
Press `Windows + D` to show the desktop
Press `Ctrl + Shift + Esc` to open Task Manager directly
Press and hold the power button to force shutdown if the system is completely frozen
Disconnect external peripherals if they may be causing the freeze
Restart the computer after it becomes responsive again
