Rinse the stain with cold water as soon as possible
Blot the area with a clean cloth or paper towel
Apply liquid laundry detergent directly to the stain
Gently rub the fabric against itself or with a soft brush
Let the detergent sit for 10 to 15 minutes
Rinse again with cold water
Soak the pants in cold water if the stain remains
Use hydrogen peroxide on light-colored fabric if needed
Test hydrogen peroxide on a hidden spot first
Avoid hot water until the stain is fully gone
Wash the pants in cold water with regular detergent
Check the stain before drying
Repeat the treatment if the stain is still visible
Air-dry the pants until the stain is completely removed
