Find a vehicle with a working battery, enough fuel, and at least one intact door or window access point
Open the vehicle interaction menu
Choose the option to hotwire the vehicle
Meet the required Electrical and Mechanics skill levels
If you do not meet the skill requirements, level up Electrical and Mechanics first
Wait for the hotwire action to complete
Enter the vehicle and start the engine
If the hotwire fails, try again after improving your skills or using a different vehicle
