1/2 cup white school glue
1/4 cup laundry detergent
Food coloring, optional
Pour the glue into a bowl
Add food coloring, if using
Mix in the laundry detergent a little at a time
Stir until the mixture starts to clump
Knead the slime with your hands
Add a small amount of detergent if it is too sticky
Add a little more glue if it is too stiff
Store in an airtight container
