Pour 1 cup of white school glue into a bowl
Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well
Add food coloring if desired and stir
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of liquid laundry detergent slowly
Stir until the mixture starts to clump
Knead the slime with your hands until it becomes stretchy
Add a little more detergent if it is too sticky
Add a little more glue if it is too stiff
Store the slime in an airtight container when not in use
