Use cocoa butter as the base
Add milk powder or powdered milk solids
Add sugar
Add vanilla or vanillin
Add lecithin for smoother texture
Keep cocoa solids out of the recipe
Melt the cocoa butter gently
Mix in the dry ingredients until fully combined
Refine and conch the mixture until smooth
Temper the mixture before molding
Pour into molds and let it set
