3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast
Let the yeast sit until foamy
Combine flour, xanthan gum, and salt in a bowl
Add yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar
Mix until a sticky dough forms
Let the dough rest for 30 to 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°F
Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the dough onto the pan with wet hands or a spatula
Shape into a pizza crust
Pre-bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes more until golden and cooked through
