Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Place hot dogs on the baking sheet
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Turn the hot dogs halfway through cooking
Remove when heated through and lightly browned
Place hot dogs in buns if desired
Add toppings and serve
