Leave the Imperial City and travel to any major city
Find and speak to a beggar or common NPC to hear rumors about the Prophet
Go to Anvil and enter the Chapel of Dibella
Speak to the Prophet outside the chapel
Accept the quest and begin the pilgrimage chain
