Speak to the city’s steward, count, or real estate contact
Make sure you have enough gold for the house and any required upgrades
Complete any prerequisite quests for that property
Buy the house from the appropriate NPC
Collect the house key
Enter the house and claim it as your own
Purchase furniture and upgrades if available
Store your items safely inside the house
Repeat for other cities if you want multiple homes
