Go to any Mage’s Guild hall in a major city
Speak to the Guild leader or an available mage
Ask about joining the Mage’s Guild
Complete the recommendation quest for that city’s guild hall
Repeat the recommendation quest for each city hall
Return to the Arcane University in Imperial City after all recommendations are earned
Speak to Raminus Polus to be admitted fully into the Mage’s Guild
