Open the Instagram app
Tap your profile picture
Tap the menu icon
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Password and security
Tap Change password
Select your Instagram account
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Re-enter your new password
Tap Change password
If needed, use Forgot password to reset it through email or phone
