Upload the PDF to the online tool
Set the crop margins or select the visible area
Download the cropped PDF
Use Adobe Acrobat if available
Open the PDF
Choose Edit PDF or Crop Pages
Adjust the crop box
Save the changes
Use Preview on Mac
Open the PDF in Preview
Show the markup toolbar
Select the rectangular selection tool
Choose Crop
Save the file
Use a browser-based print-to-PDF method if needed
Open the PDF in the browser
Print the document
Set margins or scale as needed
Save as PDF
