How to Stretch Forearm?

Extend one arm straight in front of you with the palm facing up

Use the other hand to gently pull the fingers downward and back toward the floor

Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds

Repeat on the other arm

Extend one arm straight in front of you with the palm facing down

Use the other hand to gently pull the fingers back toward your body

Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds

Repeat on the other arm

Make a fist with one hand

Rotate the wrist slowly in circles

Repeat in both directions

Switch hands and repeat

Place your palms together in front of your chest

Lower your hands while keeping palms pressed together

Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds

Place the back of your hands together in front of you

Gently press the hands downward

Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds

Stretch after exercise or repetitive hand use

Keep the movement gentle and controlled

Stop if you feel pain
