Cut along the silicone edges with a utility knife
Lift and peel off the silicone with a scraper or pliers
Use a silicone remover or solvent on leftover residue
Let the remover sit as directed
Scrape off softened residue
Wipe the surface with rubbing alcohol or soapy water
Repeat if needed
Dry the area completely
