Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button until the headphones power off
On some models, slide the Power switch to the Off position
If using Bose QuietComfort Ultra or similar models, press and hold the power button until the status light turns off
If they do not turn off, place them in the charging case if your model uses one
If still unresponsive, connect them to power and try turning them off again
