Turn off the headphones
Connect the headphones to a charger
Wait 5 seconds
Unplug the charger
Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds
Release the Power button
Wait 1 minute
Turn the headphones back on
If needed, remove the headphones from your device’s Bluetooth list and pair them again
