Press the Shift key five times
Select Go to the Ease of Access keyboard settings
Turn off the Sticky Keys shortcut
Open Settings
Go to Accessibility
Select Keyboard
Turn off Sticky Keys
Open Control Panel
Go to Ease of Access Center
Select Make the keyboard easier to use
Uncheck Turn on Sticky Keys
Uncheck Allow the shortcut key to start Sticky Keys
Click Apply
Click OK
