Read the care label on the garment
Check that the load size and water temperature are appropriate for the detergent pod
Place the Tide Pod directly into the empty washing machine drum
Do not put the pod in the detergent dispenser
Add the laundry on top of the pod
Close the washer door or lid
Select and start the wash cycle
Keep the pod container closed and out of reach of children and pets
Do not cut, tear, or puncture the pod
Do not ingest the pod or let it contact eyes or skin
If a pod is damaged or leaks, wash hands after handling it
