Check that the printer is powered on

Restart the printer

Clear the print queue

Check the USB cable or network cable if using a wired connection
Run the printer troubleshooter on your device

Reset the printer network settings and reconnect it to Wi-Fi
Contact the printer manufacturer if it still shows offline
