Check that the printer is powered on
Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device
Restart the printer
Restart your computer, phone, or tablet
Turn the printer off and unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
Check the printer’s display for error messages or warnings
Cancel any stuck print jobs in the print queue
Set the printer as the default printer
Open printer settings and disable “Use Printer Offline”
Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi if the connection was lost
Reinstall or update the printer driver
Update the printer firmware if available
Check that paper and ink or toner are loaded properly
Run the printer’s built-in troubleshooting or diagnostic tool
Remove and add the printer again on your device
Test printing from another device
Restart your router if the printer uses wireless connection
Contact printer support if the printer still shows offline
