Press Windows key + I to open Settings
Select Update & Security
Click Recovery
Under Advanced startup, click Restart now
After restart, select Troubleshoot
Select Advanced options
Select Startup Settings
Click Restart
Press 4 or F4 to start Safe Mode
Press 5 or F5 to start Safe Mode with Networking
Press 6 or F6 to start Safe Mode with Command Prompt
If Windows will not start normally, force shutdown during boot three times to open Automatic Repair
Select Advanced options
Select Troubleshoot
Select Advanced options
Select Startup Settings
Click Restart
Press 4 or F4 to start Safe Mode
