Use 00:00 for midnight
Use 12:00 for noon
Add 12 to the hour for times after 12:00 PM, except 12:00 PM itself
Keep the minutes the same
Say the time as hour and minutes together
Example: 1:15 PM becomes 13:15
Example: 8:30 AM becomes 08:30
Example: 7:05 PM becomes 19:05
Example: 11:00 PM becomes 23:00
Example: 6:45 AM becomes 06:45
