Follow the on-screen prompts
Restart your computer if prompted

Download the latest audio driver for your model
Run the installer and follow the prompts
Restart your computer after installation
Open Windows Update
Check for optional driver updates
Install any available audio driver updates
Open the audio device properties in Device Manager
Select Browse my computer for drivers
Point to the downloaded driver folder
Complete the installation
Restart your computer
Verify the audio device is working properly
