Download and install the Proton VPN app on your device
Open the app and sign in with your account
Choose a server location from the server list
Click or tap Connect
Wait until the connection status shows connected
Browse the internet with the VPN active
Disconnect when you no longer need the VPN
Use the settings menu to enable features like Kill Switch or Secure Core if needed
Select a different server if your connection is slow or a site is blocked
Keep the app updated for the latest security and performance improvements
