How To Wrap An Ankle?

Gather an elastic bandage

Start at the ball of the foot

Wrap once around the foot to anchor it

Move the wrap up and around the ankle in a figure-eight pattern

Keep the wrap snug but not tight

Overlap each layer by about half the bandage width

Cover the ankle and lower foot evenly

Leave toes exposed

Check for numbness, tingling, or color changes

Rewrap looser if circulation feels restricted

Secure the end with clips or tape
