Open Gmail
In the search bar, type the sender name, subject, keyword, or email address
Search for `in:anywhere` to include archived emails
Search for `-in:inbox` to find emails not in the inbox
Search for `label:all` to view all mail, including archived messages
Open the email from the search results
Click Move to Inbox if you want to restore it to the inbox
Check the All Mail folder from the left sidebar
Use filters like date, sender, or attachments to narrow the search
