How To Make Funnel Cakes?

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Oil for frying

Powdered sugar for topping

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl

Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in another bowl

Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until smooth

Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 375°F

Pour batter into a funnel, squeeze bottle, or piping bag

Drizzle batter into the hot oil in a circular, crisscross pattern

Fry until golden brown on both sides

Remove and drain on paper towels

Dust with powdered sugar before serving
