Open the Messages app
Tap the New Message icon
Enter multiple contacts in the To field
Type your message
Tap the Send button
To reply in an existing group, open the conversation and send your message
To name a group chat, tap the group icons at the top, then tap Change Name and Photo
Make sure group messaging is enabled in Settings > Messages
