Tap Face ID & Passcode
Enter your passcode
Turn off the Face ID options you want to disable
To disable Face ID for everything, tap Reset Face ID
If needed, turn off Face ID for iPhone Unlock, iTunes & App Store, Wallet & Apple Pay, Password AutoFill, and other listed features
