Open Settings
Scroll down and tap FaceTime
Toggle FaceTime off
If prompted, confirm by tapping Turn Off FaceTime
To disable FaceTime for a specific Apple ID, sign out from FaceTime in the same menu
To block FaceTime use with restrictions, go to Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap Allowed Apps
Turn off FaceTime
