How To Make The Cake Pops?

Bake a cake and let it cool completely

Crumble the cake into fine crumbs

Mix in frosting a little at a time until the mixture holds together

Roll the mixture into small balls

Place the balls on a tray and chill them until firm

Melt candy coating or chocolate

Dip the tip of each stick into the melted coating

Insert the stick into each cake ball

Chill again briefly to set the stick

Dip each cake pop into the melted coating

Tap off excess coating

Add sprinkles or decorations before the coating hardens

Stand the cake pops upright to dry completely
