Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler
Measure when the penis is fully erect
Wrap the tape or string around the thickest part of the shaft
Keep the tape snug but not tight
If using string, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler
Record the measurement in inches or centimeters
Repeat the measurement once or twice for consistency
