Section a small strand of hair where you want the tinsel
Fold one tinsel strand in half
Place the folded loop under the small hair section
Pull the loose ends of the tinsel through the loop to secure it around the hair
Tighten gently so the tinsel stays in place
Add a small knot if needed for extra hold
Trim the tinsel to match your hair length
Repeat on other sections as desired
Avoid using heat tools directly on the tinsel
Remove by sliding it out or cutting the tied section carefully
